CpuFloat is an application that provides users with the ability to monitor various system information in real-time without the need to switch between applications.

Key features monitored by CpuFloat include:

Time:

This feature tracks the active time of your device, distinguishing between active and deep sleep modes, which help optimize battery usage by allowing the device to enter a power-saving state.

Temperature:

Cpu and GPU temperatures are displayed whenever available. In cases where they are not accessible, users can select a temperature sensor within the settings. Extensive testing has been conducted on Qualcomm SOCs, ensuring reliability. However, functionality on other SOCs may vary.

CPU and GPU Trippoint:

If the temperature surpasses the pre-defined trippoint value, the display will turn red. Users have the option to adjust the trippoint temperature setting in the configuration.

Flexibility:

CpuFloat offers customization options for users to select what to monitor and where to display the floating window. The floating window can be configured as either a large vertical view with comprehensive data or a smaller, less obtrusive horizontal view.

CpuFloat serves as a compact system tool requiring minimal permissions such as vibrate, read sdcard, and draw over other apps. It does not contain any advertisements and operates without utilizing internet data.

Important information regarding adjusting app permissions on Android M (6) and newer versions:

Due to security protocols, modifying app permissions is only possible when there are no screen overlays or active floating apps in use. Otherwise, users may encounter an error message. Simply exit CpuFloat and try again. If issues persist, another application likely employs a screen overlay.
